Please read carefully the
following terms and conditions for all returns and exchanges. By ordering
merchandise from us, you are accepting these terms and conditions for returns
and exchanges.
GENERAL TERMS (short version)
Please examine all
purchases immediately and contact us for a RA# within 3 days of receipt of your
order if there are any problems. A RA# is an authorization number used to
identify who the return is coming from and whether it is for a refund, a credit,
or an exchange. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be made without a RA#.
Our receipt of all returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days from
the invoice date of your original order. No returns or exchanges will be
accepted after these 30 days, no exceptions. No returns, credits, or exchanges
will be made for merchandise returned in less than original pristine condition.
No refunds or credits will be given for all shipping and handling charges. All
return and exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Terms & Conditions for Returning
Merchandise:
Merchandise must be returned in
their original
condition with all packaging materials intact and hang tags still attached
with their original plastic staple. Removal of hang tag indicates that the
garment has been worn. Hangers must be returned in undamaged condition, and original plastic packaging
must be over the garments to protect the garments.
No returns will be accepted for any merchandise that have ANY
signs of having been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, altered, or damaged in
any way, including stains or odors (such as cigarette/cigar smoke,
body odor, or perfume smells). Any merchandise returned
in less than originally shipped condition makes the merchandise "used"
and not re-sellable. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange for
merchandise returned in less than original condition. We, therefore, will not accept their return, and no refund
or exchanges will be issued.
Custom (custom sizing or custom trim) orders are not
returnable. No refunds or
credits will be given for shipping and handling charges.
If items are returned in less than original
condition or items are received after the 30 day return limit, we will
charge you our flat rate shipping and handling fees to return them to you if you
would like us to ship them back to you.

Procedures For Returns:
Please examine all purchases upon

contact us within 3 days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning any
merchandise. A RA number is used to identify who the return is coming from
and whether it is for a refund or for an exchange. Please write the RA# boldly on the
outside of the returning box. No refunds or exchanges will be made without a RA
Number. Packages returned for refunds or exchange without a RA number will not
be processed. All
requests for RA numbers must be done by email. No RA numbers will be given by
phone.
Customers must
submit requests for returns or exchanges immediately (within 24 hours) upon
delivery of their order. All returning merchandise must
be received back by us within
30 days
from the date we shipped your original order or the invoice date. All returns and exchanges must be completed within
these 30
days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Return postage is
the responsibility of the customer, not the seller. Please
also note that returning packages must be prepaid 100%. We will not accept
packages with postage due. When returning your
merchandise, we recommend that you insure your package. We will not be
responsible for missing packages. Even if you have proof of mailing, we can not
refund for merchandise that is not received by us.
When we receive your returning items
within the 30 days from invoice date, we will refund to you for the amount of the returning merchandise less shipping and
handling charges.
Procedures For Exchanges:
All requirements for
returns and conditions of returning merchandise apply to exchanges (please refer
to above paragraphs).
Customers are responsible for prepaying postage to return items to us as well as
paying for shipping and handling of exchange items we ship to you.
Customers must submit
requests for returns or exchanges within 3 day from receipt of their order. All returning merchandise must
be received back by us within
30 days
from the date we shipped your original order or the invoice date. All returns and exchanges must be completed within
these 30
days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The 30 days
return/exchange period is counted from your original order's invoice date.
Subsequent exchange orders are NOT counted in the 30 days, and shipment of any
exchange orders will NOT re-set the clock for another 30 days.
If you are exchanging,
please do not submit a new order, as all your order information and return
authorization number will be associated with your original order. Placing a new
order will NOT extend or re-set the 30 day return/exchange period. The 30 day
period starts from the date of your original order invoice, NOT from the
exchange order invoice.
If you would like us to ship
you exchange merchandise prior to return of your
merchandise, we will charge you for the price of the exchange piece(s) plus
our flat rate shipping and handling charges. The flat rate shipping and handling charges
apply whether you are exchanging an entire tuxedo package or just one bow-tie.
Flat
rate shipping and handling by priority mail is $10 for the first item and $5 for
each additional item. Flat rate shipping and handling by express mail is $25 for
the first item and $10 for each additional item. Flat rate shipping and handling
for international orders is $35 for the first item and $10 for each additional
item.
You have the option of waiting until we receive your return item(s) before we
ship your exchange item(s). If you choose this option, we will charge just the flat
rate shipping charges when we ship your exchange item(s). Please let us know if you
want us to wait for your return before shipping the exchange item when you
contact us for the return authorization number.
